Eight Leg Banquet Extension Table
Our Virginia Chippendale leg and ovolo corners on the top add interest to a Virginia neat and plain classic. During the Chippendale period (1760-1785) this would have been two matching tables that had a drop leaf table in the center to form a banquet table. The extension table wasn’t in common use until the late Sheraton period about 20 years later. We have taken the liberty of making our an extension table to suit modern needs. The table comes with one 24” leaf and additional leaves may be ordered at time of table purchase. We do not sell leaves separately so they may not be added at a later date. Available in American Black Cherry or Maple with Tiger maple top. Custom sizes available. Please contact us with your needs.

Furniture Finishes

About our stain colors: We make our own stains right here in our shop in Virginia. Mr. Case has designed 12 exclusive colors for our furniture. These special dye stains create colors that are much richer than those offered by the mainstream furniture industry. Unlike pigment stains that tend to mask the wood grain, our stains allow the grain to come alive in a variety of subtlety different shades. The down side to our stains is that they tend to be a little inconsistent. Things like the humidity and temperature on any given day can cause them to be lighter or darker. We can provide you with actual wood samples, however please be aware that the actual furniture will likely be different than the sample.
