We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30 EST.
How do I order?
You can order by phone or by mail. See number and address at top of
any page. Or order online.
Will I get an email order confirmation of my online order?
Yes. But, we are open Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30 EST so it
will usually be during those hours.
Do you do custom sizes?
We can make custom Items. We will custom quote, but expect to pay
more, even to make smaller. It becomes one of a kind just takes more
time to do. We do not make custom changes to chairs.
Where can I see the furniture in person?
Most Items are on display at our showroom in Purcellville, Virginia.
We do not have other showrooms or dealers. If you want to see a
specific item, we advise calling ahead to make sure it is on the
showroom floor before traveling a long way. We do have stain samples
available that can be mailed to you. See “How can I match my
existing furniture color” at the bottom of this page.
Do you charge sales tax?
If the furniture is picked up in Virginia or shipped to Virginia we
by law must charge 5% sales tax.
Do you charge for delivery?
No. Our internet prices include shipping to addresses in the
continental United States. Shipping to some islands may not be
available. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at additional
charge. Please call for quote. We do not ship outside the USA. In
most areas your furniture will be delivered with our Gold Delivery
service where the driver and a helper will bring the furniture into
the house, unpack and assemble the furniture, place it in the room
of your choice, and remove the packaging. In some less traveled
areas our Gold Service is not available and the furniture will be
crated and delivered by common carrier. Please call for details.
How do I pay for my order?
We require a 50% deposit using a valid credit card for online
orders. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. If you prefer to
use a personal check, please place your order by telephone. We are
open 8:00 to 4:30 EST, Monday through Friday. We will send you a
written confirmation of your order upon receipt of your deposit and
provide you with an estimated completion time.The balance will be
due just prior to shipment. We will contact you when your order is
ready so we can make arrangements for balance payment and shipment.
How long does it take?
We stock some items (mostly dining chairs) and some items are made
to order. Most orders for tables and chairs take 1 to 4 weeks to
complete. Other items can take 6 to 16 weeks to complete. Shipping
time is usually an additional 1 to 3 weeks to addresses east of the
Mississippi and 3 to 6 weeks for addresses west of the
Mississippi. Sometimes it can take longer. We will give you an
estimated shipping time when we receive your deposit. We can
estimate shipping time prior to your placing an order, however we
must know the exact items, quantities, wood and stain color, to give
you an estimate. Estimates given prior to receiving a deposit are
subject to change due to prior sale of an item.
Do you sell through interior designers?
We do sell through independent interior designers. Ask your designer
to contact us. They must meet certain qualifications and
pre-register with us.
How can I match my existing furniture color?
We do not offer custom stain matching. We do have stain sample chips
of our 12 exclusive colors. We will be happy to mail up to 4 samples
to you at no charge. They do not need to be returned. If you would
like samples of all 12 of our stains we will mail you a set for a
$30.00 deposit. The deposit will be refunded if you return the
samples. Our special dye stains create colors that are much nicer
than those offered by the mainstream furniture industry. The down
side to this is that they tend to be a little inconsistent. Things
like the humidity on any given day can cause them to be lighter or
darker. We provide the samples as a guide. If you order a
piece of furniture it will likely be different than the sample. |
