Our lawyer’s bookcases come as 33.5 inch wide sections that screw together to make a wall system. The photo shows three units. They are available with no doors, lower doors only or with upper and lower doors. The units can be made as freestanding or can be made to work together in a wall system. Create a flat wall as shown or have them made to go around a corner. We can make custom sizes. They are "set ins" and not "built ins" and must be made at least 5 inches lower than the ceiling. Our furniture is mostly solid wood but we make an exception for bookcases. For bookcases we use 9 ply cabinet grade birch plywood for the sides and shelves because it is stronger and more stable than solid wood. Adjustable shelves. The fronts of the shelves, the face of the cabinet, feet, and moulding are all solid wood. Choose from American Black Cherry or Maple. Tiger Maple not available for this series.
